Overview

Sweet Smash: Match 3 is a match-3 puzzle game for iPhone and iPad, developed by 3D Freedom. This privacy policy explains what information the app stores, how Apple’s services are used when you opt in, and how purchases are handled.

Information Stored on Your Device

Sweet Smash stores game settings and playtest feedback locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to the developer.

Playtest feedback you enter within the app is stored locally and is not sent to the developer or any server.

iCloud Saves (Optional)

If you enable iCloud for Sweet Smash in your device settings, your game progress can sync between your own Apple devices through your private iCloud account. iCloud is a service provided and managed by Apple. Using iCloud saves is entirely optional — the game functions fully without it. The developer does not access or view any iCloud-stored content.

Game Center (Optional)

Sweet Smash supports Apple's Game Center, which is optional. If you sign in to Game Center, Apple manages your Game Center account, player identity, and any scores or achievements. The game is fully playable without Game Center.

In-App Purchases

Purchases within Sweet Smash are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes the payment. The app does not receive your full payment-card details. For billing questions, refund requests, or purchase history, please contact Apple Support, as Apple manages all payment processing.

Third-Party Services, Ads & Analytics

Sweet Smash does not currently integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. If this changes in a future update, this section will be revised accordingly.

Data Retention

Game settings and playtest feedback stored locally remain on your device until the app is deleted or the data is cleared through your device settings.

Data stored through Apple-provided services (iCloud, Game Center, StoreKit) is retained according to Apple's own data retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Sweet Smash does not create user accounts or personal profiles. The game does not collect personal information directly from players of any age. The game is not directed at children under 13 in a manner requiring parental consent under COPPA or GDPR-K.

Your Choices

• Deleting Sweet Smash from your device removes all locally stored data (settings and feedback).
• iCloud sync can be turned off in your device settings under iCloud.
• Game Center can be signed out of in your device settings.
